Borrow USDC against your token's creator fees.

Gadai is a registry of pledged fee rights on Base. A Bankr agent or creator pledges its Doppler fee stream to a FeeVault, lenders fund the loan by buying FeeNotes in a Uniswap auction, and the fees repay the notes. When the debt is zero, anyone can release the lien and the rights go back.

How a loan moves

    The creator moves the token's fee rights to a per-loan FeeVault

  2. 2Auction

    FeeNotes sell in a Uniswap CCA to fund the loan

  3. 3Disburse

    The desk's Dynamic agent wallet sends the USDC

  4. 4Repay

    WETH fees land in the vault and repay the notes

  5. 5Release

    At zero debt anyone calls release(); the rights go back
